Permitting Services Closed for System Upgrades on 9/14

September 5, 2023

The permitting counter at City Hall will be closed on Thursday, September 14, while the EnerGov CSS Portal is offline to receive system upgrades.

The online permitting system is expected to be closed through Friday, September 15. While upgrades are ongoing, residents and contractors cannot submit permit applications, check permit statuses, or schedule inspections.

In addition to permitting services, users will be unable to apply for zoning compliance certificates,  new business tax receipts or renew business tax receipts. Building Inspectors will complete inspections during the EnerGov closure, but these must be scheduled by Tuesday, September 12.

Residents with an appointment may visit the City Hall permitting counter Monday, September 11 - Wednesday, September 13, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The counter is closed on Fridays. Appointments are scheduled in 30-minute time slots and can be made through the Q-less virtual line system. No walk-ins will be accepted.
