 2011 Buildout Analysis Minimize

The 2011 Build-Out Analysis was performed to determine the long-term, build-out potential for the City of Cape Coral. Several large-scale, future land use map amendments were completed in 2010, and City Council asked for a long-term perspective on the future of Cape Coral. This is the first year the Planning & Growth Management Division has performed a build-out analysis; however, it is anticipated this analysis will be done annually.  By conducting an annual analysis, City Council can receive updated information to help in their decision-making.  To read the report, please click here.
