FDEM Debris Removal Request Deadline Set for 3/29

The Florida Department of Emergency Management's deadline to apply for Hurricane Ian-related debris removal is Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
Citizens with Hurricane Ian-related personal property debris removal (PPDR) and commercial property debris removal (CPDR) may report debris for pickup online at www.iandebriscleanup.com. Local municipalities should submit direct reports of debris, vessel, and waterway removal needs in WebEOC by the deadline.
The discontinuation of the PPDR and CPDR debris removal will only affect new removal requests. Existing debris removal operations and previously submitted requests will not be impacted by the March 29 deadline.
FDEM professionals and contractors partnered with counties and cities to help ease the debris removal burden, removing over 32 million cubic yards in the affected areas.
