Horton Park Boat Ramp Closed April 5-6

The Horton Park boat ramp, located at 2628 SE 26 Place, will be closed beginning Friday, April 5, at 11:30 p.m. and will reopen Saturday, April 6, at 1:30 p.m.
The ramp is closed for a celebration of life ceremony for former Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Director Steve Pohlman, who held the position from 1997 to 2017. The celebration is Saturday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. No RSVP is required to attend.

Steve Pohlman, pictured below, was the City of Cape Coral's Parks & Recreation Director for 20 years. His celebration of life ceremony will be put on by Rotary of Cape Coral and the City of Cape Coral.
