Post Irma Park Closure Update

While most of Cape Coral's parks and recreation centers have re-opened after clean-up from Hurricane Irma, there are still some parks & athletic fields that remain closed.

The below list reflects the parks/facilities that REMAIN CLOSED or partially closed as of 4:00pm on October 10, 2017:

- Arts Studio - Building #2 (main office, gift shop, supply store, jewelry & painting labs) will be closed at least through October while repairs are made to the electrical system and roof. Building #1 (gallery, kilns, clay & glass labs) is open and offering limited fall classes. For info, call 239-574-0802.

- Bernice Braden Park

- BMX Park – Ball fields only are closed

- Yacht Club Community Park - Boat Ramp & Pavilion remain closed; Rotino Center, Yacht Club Main Building, Yacht Club Pool, Tennis Courts, Beach, Pier & Boathouse are open regular hours

Closed parks or closed areas within parks will re-open once storm clean-up is complete and they are deemed safe. For more information on park closures, call the Parks & Recreation reception desk at (239) 573-3128.
