Curative to Offer COVID-19 Vaccinations in Cape Coral

The City of Cape Coral and Curative are offering COVID -19 vaccinations beginning Monday, May 17 at the existing COVID-19 testing location (across from City Hall at 1020 Cultural Park Boulevard). The City has been working closely with the State of Florida and private partners to vaccinate members of our community against the coronavirus (COVID-19) as quickly and safely as possible.

Vaccine appointments can be made at    http://cur.tv/CapeCoralVax. Walk-ups also are welcome. Vaccines will be administered seven days a week, between the hours of 8 a.m and 6 p.m. Curative will be offering the Moderna vaccine and is expecting to receive the Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson vaccines in the next couple weeks.

If you have an appointment, please bring your appointment confirmation number. A government-issued ID is required for all appointments. If the appointment is for your second dose, please bring your vaccine record. Patients will be requested to remain at the location for 15 minutes after the vaccine is administered to monitor for any adverse side effects.

The COVID-19 vaccine will be offered at no cost. Curative will bill your insurance or the HRSA program to administer the vaccine, however, health insurance is not required to receive a vaccination.
