Streetlight Requests

The City street light program now includes installing street lights at high-priority locations, including semi-permanent school bus stops, major road intersections, and major road corridors. If future funding allows, the street light program may be expanded to include other citizen requests. The 311 Call Center logs all current requests, and in the event of the program restarting, all requests will be reviewed and evaluated for the installation of new street lights. Staff will add your street light request to the list for future evaluation. 

As an alternative to City-funded street lights, residents can request a street light directly from LCEC. Please contact LCEC for more information (800-599-2356).
