Cultural Park
is a 16-acre neighborhood park that contains a large open multipurpose field, multi-use trail, playground equipment, picnic shelters, a rose garden, and public restrooms.

Additionally, the Cape Coral History Museum, Cultural Park Theatre, and the Cape Coral Art League are located on the grounds of this park. Each specialty center contributes aspects of culture that truly make this park unique to Cape Coral. Details of each of the facilities located on site are listed below.

Cultural Park Theatre

The Cultural Park Theatre Company is Cape Coral’s community theater, offering a creative outlet for residents interested in participating in various areas of stage-craft, including acting, directing, and backstage tasks. The 184-seat theater presents a dozen productions a year. In addition to the Main Stage productions, the company also offers Second Stage productions (original works by local writers), a summer concert series, and a film festival.

The Cultural Park Theatre also provides educational programs for youngsters, including a summer camp and year-long educational classes in acting and stagecraft. Furthermore, the theater runs a specialized program for teenagers in lighting and sound.

Cape Coral Historical Society & Museum

The Cape Coral Historical Museum, located at 544 Cultural Park Boulevard, is dedicated to recording, preserving and displaying the history of the City of Cape Coral. 

In addition to a picture display of the history of Cape Coral, there is also a large mural of the former Cape Coral Gardens (Rose Garden), a Native American Room, a Military Exhibit, an authentic Cracker House and much more depicting Cape Coral from the earliest days until the present day.

The Museum is open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is $5 and children under 18 are free. For more information, call 239-772-7037 or visit www.capecoralhistoricalmuseum.org.



Cape Coral Art League

Located at 516 Cultural Park Blvd, the Cape Coral Art League is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the advancement of art throughout Southwest Florida. The League offers year-round classes for adults and youth, as well as seven major art exhibits annually, workshops with world-renowned artists.
