Coconut Festival Returns to Sun Splash Grounds Nov. 12-15!
Get ready to "Go COCO Nuts" at Cape Coral's Annual Coconut Festival November 12-15 at Sun Splash Festival Grounds. This year's event will feature two nights of fireworks, bands on the main stage, two additional stages featuring Polynesian dancers, Cirque de COCO and Cheerfest, plus food, fun and one of the area's largest carnivals.
Coconut Festival 2015 will kick off at 5 p.m. on Thursday with the theme of "Coco Sneak Peak." General admission is free this day only!
Friday evening's theme is "Coco Country" and will begin with live music from Blaire Hanks and Cam followed by a Fuccillo KIA fireworks spectacular. Concluding the night is live music on the main stage featuring national country recording artist Chris Janson.
Festivities will continue on Saturday at 12 p.m. with the afternoon featuring the fifth annual "Coco Cheerfest" where some of Lee County's best cheerleading squads will compete for bids to a Cheer Florida state event. Saturday evening's theme is "Coco Rock" with live music from ZZ's Best, Back in Black (AC/DC Tribute) and a live performance from rock legends BLUE OYSTER CULT on the main stage, plus another Fuccillo KIA fireworks spectacular. There will also be performances by Polynesian Fire Dancers and live circus acts on both Friday and Saturday nights.
The "Coco Family" celebration begins on Sunday at noon and will feature a craft area, local talent plus carnival rides, games and food until the festival ends at 9 p.m.

Gate admission is $7 per person per day (children under age 5 are free), and single day ride wrist bands are $25 at the event. Purchase your "combo tickets" in advance (by 11/10) for just $20 to save $12 each! Parking is free.
