Summer Feeding Program Kicks Off June 3 at Sanborn Park

Cape Coral Fun-Mobile with staffWith summer break just around the corner, the Cape Coral Fun-Mobile is joining forces with the School District of Lee County Food & Nutrition Services and USDA to host a FREE "Picnics in the Park" Summer Feeding Kickoff event at Paul Sanborn Park on Monday, June 3 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  
 
As part of this program, a complimentary nutritious lunch will be provided to children up to age 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Paul Sanborn Park every weekday from June 3-July 26 (closed 7/4). Following lunch, the Fun-Mobile will offer a variety of games and activities for free until 1 p.m. to encourage outdoor play.
