The Planning and Zoning/Local Planning Agency/Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals meets the first Wednesday of every month. Occasionally, there are special meetings held.

These cases include: Special Exceptions, Dock Deviations, Variances, Vacations of Plat, Planned Development Projects, Land Use Map Amendments, Zoning Amendments, and Annexations.
