Lien Reduction Program

| The City Council adopted 2 resolutions to assist citizens with lien reductions.
The first resolution 9-09 assists owners of properties that have been purchased through foreclosure; owners or purchasers in need of a partial release of lien due to a cross encumbrance from a violation that occurred on another property; purchasers of a property in a short sale.
Resolution 10-10 was designed to assist property owners whose property was found to be in violation of a city code that resulted in the recording of a lien against their property.
