Notice of Commencement Instructions:
A completed Notice of Commencement (NOC) needs to be recorded at Lee County Clerk of Courts and a certified copy brought back to City Hall at 1015 Cultural Park Blvd.  if the value of the project is $2,500 or more.

Required Software: 
Adobe Reader is needed for all Guidelines (Adobe Reader is free on this site: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/)

Microsoft Word is required for all other documentation (a free word processing software is available on http://www.openoffice.org/)
