The pavilion is located directly on the Yacht Club beach overlooking the scenic Caloosahatchee River at 5818 Driftwood Pkwy. This facility is equipped with a large outdoor charcoal grill, inside restrooms, ice machine, sink, refrigerator, freezer, ceiling fans, electric, four buffet tables, two picnic tables, a stage area, and a ping pong table, making this an ideal location for company picnics, family reunions, and other informal gatherings.

Hours:
Pavilion rental hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. All rentals must be cleaned up and out by 11:00 p.m.
Deposit and Payment:
Damage deposit is in addition to the rental fee and must be paid at the time of the booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your event. The damage deposit is refundable after your event.
Cancellation Policy:
** ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING **
4 month notice is required to cancel an event scheduled for Friday – Sunday, or on Holidays.
30 day notice is required to cancel an event scheduled for Monday – Thursday.
If your cancellation is not received within the above time frame the entire damage deposit will be forfeited. If proper notice is given a $50 cancellation fee will be held and the balance of the deposit refunded.
Decorating and Clean-Up:
The renter is responsible to supply all tablecloths, dishes, silverware, cups, food, drinks, decorations, etc. The Yacht Club will supply garbage bags and all garbage bags at the end of the rental must be placed outside the pavilion in the designated area.
To submit a rental request for the Yacht Club Beach Pavilion, you must complete a rental application form which can be obtained at the front desk of the Yacht Club.
