The William “Bill” Austen Youth Center, located adjacent to Eagle Skate Park, is a facility for children between the ages of 8-18 that includes a 9900 square foot recreation center and offers something fun for everyone! Kids can drop in daily for use of our gaming systems (XBox 360 and Wii), the latest in computer software, hottest video games, watch movie matinees, or participate in a wide variety of fun classes and group trips throughout the year.  Great birthday party packages also available!  Annual membership is required for certain programs. 

TIGERS after school program: Stop by the Youth Center to register your chld for our afterschool program. TIGERS runs Monday-Friday from 2-6pm for only $30/child. Most local schools provide FREE busing to the Youth Center. Our after school program is now licensed and can take KINDERGARTEN & 1st GRADERS!!! See article below for more details about licensing.

FALL FUN!!!
Join the Youth Center for some of our newest activities including CHEERLEADING and DRAMA CLUB! Cheerleading runs every Monday night from 6:30-8pm. Drama club is every Thursday night from 6:30-8pm. Call for more information or to sign up! 242-3950

Schools Out Child Care
Child Care is available for TIGERS students at 12pm on days when school is out.

The Youth Center is open to drop in members at 6pm on days when school is out.

For full day child care please call the Youth Center for more information about our Youth Services Division which hosts full day child care 6:30am-6:00pm at Oasis Elementary.

Volunteer Opportunities
Are you a teen between the ages of 14-18 looking to earn community service hours? The Youth Center's volunteer program is the perfect place to gain experience and help within your community. The Youth Center is seeking volunteers for the school year and for summer camp. If you are interested in volunteering for summer camp please join us for a Summer Volunteer meeting on Wednesday May 18 at the Youth Center (6:30pm) parents are invited. Teen Events
The Youth Center proudly presents Teen Band Nights! On scheduled Saturday nights local teen bands will perform on our stage with a professional sound system and laser light show.  Admission is only $5, food and drink vending is available. If you are a part of a teen band looking to show your talent call us to set up an appointment! 242-3950

Teen Dance
The Youth Center brings back Teen Dance night! Every Friday 7-10pm starting November 19th the Youth Center will hold a teen dance with the latest music, live DJ, light show, dancing & contests. Cost is $5/person for youth ages 12-16. 

Boxing
Boxing is offered at the Youth Center through the Police Athletic League. Boxing is for youth ages 8-18 and runs every Tuesday & Thursday evening from 6-8pm.
