The Lake Kennedy Senior Center has three (3) rooms that can be rented for meetings and/or special occasions (i.e. weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, seminars, fundraisers, etc). The beautiful Grand Ballroom features a welcoming reception area, soaring ceilings, and a stage and can accommodate up to 180 people seated. Round tables, chairs and banquet tables are all included in the rental cost. The Terrace and Veranda are smaller in size and perfect for meetings and seminars.

Grand Ballroom:

Rental fees cover a 7-hour rental period, including both the set-up time and clean-up time (which are the responsibility of the renter).

  Stage, bathroom facilities, non-cooking kitchen with microwave, two refrigerators, lots of counter space and an ice machine

  $550 - Cape Coral Residents
  $650 - Non-Residents
  $50 per additional hour (beyond 7 hours)

  $200 (Required at time of booking and refundable after event provided the facility is left in good condition with no damage.)
