For over 10 year the best of the Cape Coral business community comes together every July 4th celebrate America with Southwest Florida’s most spectacular fireworks show and party.
Held at the foot of the Cape Coral Bridge on Cape Coral Parkway the RE/MAX Realty Team’s Red White & Boom is a day filled with patriotic fun. Throughout the years the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral’s Red White & Boom has won the reputation as the best place in Southwest Florida to honor America on the 4th. | The Harney Point Kiwanis Club & Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Department present the Annual Fall Kid's Festival on Saturday October 22, 2012. This is a not-to-be-missed festival for families to join together and explore, educate and inspire their children's abilities. The day is filled with lively entertainment, inter-active experiences and mega-information. It is a marketplace with craft and food vendors of family-oriented products and services. Face-painting, balloon creatures, pony rides, giant inflatable slide, fire trucks, motorcycles, music dance puppetry and more will delight, challenge, educate and inspire those of all ages. The Fall Kid's Festival is dedicated to not only amuse, but also communicate positive messages with non-stop fun and excitement. The Cape Coral Coconut Festival will celebrate Cape Coral’s uniqueness to the Lee County area. This will include bands, entertainment, carnival games, food, contests, crafts and much more. The kick-off will start on Friday night from 5:00 PM – 12 midnight, continue Saturday with bands and activities from 12:00 PM – 12 midnight, and conclude Sunday from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. | Holiday Boat-a-Long |

The focal point of this event is a parade of approximately 100 boats decorated in a festive holiday fashion with lights, costumes, elves, and whatever else their captains can think of. At Four Freedoms Park, the landlubbers watch the boats gather in the Bimini Basin before they begin meandering through the canals of south Cape Coral. Along with providing an ideal seat to watch the illuminated vessels, the park features live holiday music, decorated trees, Christmas crafts, food and beverages for sale. This is a
unique celebration of Christmas Florida-style.

| Tour De Cape |

Held during the cool weather in January, Sunday’s bike tour offers a 15, 31, 62, or 100 mile course in the west and north sections of Cape Coral. Amenities of the event include: T-shirt, a continental breakfast, rest stations every 15 miles with refreshments, support vehicles, and a well mapped and marked route. In addition, there is the 5k Run on Saturday, which winds through Cape Coral. The focus of the event is to promote running and bicycling as safe, healthy, enjoyable, and environmentally sound recreational alternatives. This event features one of the largest bike rides of its kind in the State of Florida. Cape Coral is the second largest City in the state in land area, so there is very little backtracking.
