Cape Coral Veterans Investment Zone (VIZ)
The Veterans Investment Zone (VIZ) is one of Cape Coral’s newest economic development initiatives. The VIZ encompasses the area surrounding the new multidisciplinary primary and specialty care Cape Coral - Lee County Veterans Affairs Healthcare Center in northeast Cape Coral. 

Cape Coral’s Veterans Investment Zone is a new economic development initiative aimed to cater to veterans and their lifestyle. The VA Healthcare Center will be a powerful anchor for economic development and a dynamic location for office and medical parks, assisted living facilities, retail services and amenities, hotels, as well as light industrial enterprise.
