4th Wednesday Biz Chat Draws Monthly Crowd
Our 4th Wednesday Biz Chat continues to grow as word spreads about the strong networking and educational opportunities that are provided at no cost to business owners at all stages of development. The Biz Chat represents a partnership between our City of Cape Coral Economic Development Office, FGCU Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral.
These chats are held in the Community Room of the city's Public Works building, also known as the Nicholas Annex. This building is located at the corner of Nicholas Parkway and Country Club Boulevard. We meet on the 4th Wednesday of the month from January through October at 11:30 a.m. A light lunch is included and business owners can volunteer to be a lunch sponsor in exchange for added time in front of the audience to talk about the benefits of doing business with their company.
A new feature that we have added at the request of Chat attendees is a business contact list to help business owners and leaders to interact with one another. We have seen many businesses connect during Chats to help each other to grow.
To download the latest available contact data, select a file to download from the left sidebar on this page. A map highlighting our location is shown below.
In addition to networking and being able to speak briefly about your business, we also have our partner experts with FGCU's SBDC on hand to provide information updates and to answer any business questions you may have.
Our thanks to the staff at the Cape Coral Technical College for partnering with us to hold a design contest for their design students. We love the logo that winner Melissa Moore created for us. We hope that you will join us at an upcoming Biz Chat session.
