Monday & Thursday Nights - Yoga Essentials

Start with some basic energy balancing techniques; add in breath work and a combination of standing and floor poses to work on increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. Class ends with meditation to quiet the mind and allows the class to cover yoga essentials that will help improve your health and sense of well-being.
$48 per session (8 classes), please register in advance.
Thursday Morning - Pilates

These are 30 minute classes focusing on abdominals. Many of the exercises will be lying on your back. Pilates can improve your posture, back health, flexibility and overall strength. The movements will enhance physical and mental conditioning; this is great way to get in touch with your inner strength. There is a clear purpose behind each exercise and breathing pattern.
$21 per person (7 classes) , please register in advance.

Great for all levels! A dynamic and vigorous style of Yoga that synchronizes breath and movement, endures longer holds on the poses, and cleanses and focuses the mind.

This is a great class for longtime residents and new residents alike. Learn what plants to use where, how to create a beautiful and eco-friendly yard, how to be more efficient with your water use and more.

Holiday Nature Day Camp
12/26 - 12/28 & 1/2 - 1/4
8:00am - 5:00pm
Children will experience tons of fun at this nature camp with plenty of indoor & outdoor activites such as hiking & exploring in the swamp, learning about the creatures that inhabit the park, cooperative games, sports, & crafts. Camp meets from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday. Nothing earlier or later is available.
$25 per person, per day.

Rain Barrel Workshop
Led by instructors with the Florida Yards and Neighborhoods program, the class fee includes a 55 gallon barrel ready for you to take home and install at your home. This workshop is only held 2x a year - on the same day as the Native Plant Sales. Occasionally, there are leftover barrels stored at the park, call the park office to see if any are available at other times throughout the year.
