Florida Friendly Landscaping  
Next Class : April 28, 2018
A super informative class for longtime residents and new residents alike. Learn what plants to use and where, how to create a beautiful and eco friendly yard, be efficient with your use of water and more. Did we mention this class is FREE, but an RSVP would be appreciated.

Rain Barrel Workshop
Next Workshop - July 28, 2018

Led by instructors with the Florida Yards and Neighborhoods program, the class fee includes a 55 gallon barrel ready for you to take home and install at your home. This workshop is only held 2x a year - on the same day as the Native Plant Sales. Occasionally, there are leftover barrels stored at the park, call the park office to see if any are availbale at other times throughout the year.
$45 per barrel - call 239-549-4606 to register.

Butterfly Garden Design  (16 years and up)
Learn all about butterflies found in this area & the plants & flowers that are best to attract them.  Tour the butterfly house after class.
$15 per person, register in advance

Tree & Shrub Pruning
Learn useful pruning techniques from a certified arborist to enhance & promote proper growth of your trees & shrubs.
$5 per person, please register in advance

Florida Friendly Yard Tour 

Go with a guide to visit several FYN Certified yards. Get ideas and inspiration on how to improve your yard.
$10 per person. Limited vehicle size, please register early to ensure your seat.

FREE Gardening Series  Next Class : Fall 2018

Bring your child / children to Rotary Park to learn about the nature and natural history of Florida. Programs are geared for a broad age group and include hands-on activities or projects.
