The Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of programs for adults throughout the year to encourage active lifestyles and life-long learning. Some of the kinds of activities adults can participate in include: Dance & Fitness Classes, Fishing/Boating Workshops, Computer Classes, Water Aerobics, Athletics, Home & Gardening Programs, Art Classes and more!
