Adult Sports
The Cape Coral Athletic Division offers flag football and softball programs for various ages and skill levels. If you are interested in playing on one of the leagues below but do not have a team of your own, please call Eric Cartmell at 239-242-3491 and he will do his best to assist you in finding a team to join.
Adult Sports Offered by Cape Coral Athletic Division:
Men's 7 on 7 Flag Football

| Ages: Men - 18 years and over. |
| Registration: August 6 - September 7; Season begins September 16 |
| Current Fee: $550 per team (Fall/Spring), |

| League rules are based on Florida Sports Foundation Flag Football rules. |
| League supplies referees and field space. |
| Games on Sunday mornings at one of the local athletic facilities starting at 8:00am. |

| Seasons: There are three seasons per year with a maximum of 20 teams per season. |
| Current Fee: $500 per team (Fall/Spring) - 10 games, $400 (Summer) - 8 games |
| Registration: August 6 - September 7; Season begins September 18 |
