Business Applications Support

This group supports the business application software packages that service the City.

The Business Applications division administers and supports the application software systems supporting City operations and business processes. These systems are typically specially configured commercial software packages. Additionally this group develops special custom interfaces, databases, and niche applications where either the capability is not available commercially or the cost is prohibitive. Business Applications also develops custom reports and web capabilities supporting internal users and residents.

The City's core applications are:

SABA - Learning and Performance Management. 

JDEdwards - Finance, Accounting, and Utility Billing

Trakit - Land Management, Building Permits, Code Enforcement, and Business Tax Receipts

Kronos - HR payroll and Time/Attendance Tracking

OnBase - Enterprise Content Management

Novus Agenda and Public Meeting Management

iPayment Enterprise - Online Payment Receiving and Routing

Faster – Fleet Management
