Division Mission
The Real Estate Division of Public Works provides professional real estate services to other divisions and departments of the City. This division is responsible for the acquisition of property and easements for not only road right-of-way, but for various City projects, such as parks, utility expansion, fire stations, and boat ramps to name a few. It also negotiates leases for communication towers and various City departments and helps the public with general real estate questions about their property.
