Looking for the perfect spot to hold a wedding or party? The Yacht Club ballroom offers a great location directly on the Caloosahatchee River, inside the beautiful and historic Yacht Club Community Park. Photo opportunity spots are plentiful including the pristine beach, fishing pier, landscaped fountain, and garden trellis area. Insurance:

Liability Insurance is required for all rentals: $60

Hours:

Ballroom rental hours are between 10a.m.and Midnight. Rates include 8 hours of continuous time.

Deposit and Payment:

Damage deposit is in addition to the rental fee and must be paid at the time of the booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. The damage deposit is refundable after your event.

Cancellation Policy:

** ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING**

There will be no refund of damage deposit without 4 months prior written notice of cancellation. If proper notice is given, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance of the deposit will be refunded. If your notice of cancellation is not received within the above time frame the entire damage deposit will be forfeited.

Decorating and Clean-Up:

The Yacht Club is responsible for setting up all your tables and chairs and will also take them down, but the renter is responsible for supplying all tablecloths, dishes, silverware, cups, food, drinks, decorations, etc. Deliveries, decorating and clean-up are to be done during your contracted time. The renter has full use of the kitchen, stage and patio area and is also responsible for clean-up of these areas.

Security:

Any parties of 200 or more guests will be required to show proof of arranged security with the Cape Coral, Fort Myers or Lee County Police Departments at least 30 days prior to their rental.

To submit a rental request for the Yacht Club Ballroom or East Room, you must complete a rental application form which can be obtained at the front desk of the Yacht Club.
