Facility Rentals

The Tony Rotino Senior Center offers facility rentals to the public for business meetings, seminars, weddings, birthday celebrations, family reunions, etc. The center is located within the Yacht Club Community Park, steps from a picturesque beach with breathtaking sunsets and cool tropical breezes. The Rotino Center offers three (3) rooms of various dimensions in which to hold your special event.

RENTAL RATES FOR CAPE CORAL RESIDENTS:

(Non residents will be charged an additional 20%)

Main Ballroom

Room Capacity:	135 auditorium style; 110 with tables & chairs
Amenities:	Bathroom facilities, non cooking kitchen with microwave/convection and small ice machine
Cost per Hour:	$50.00*

Rotino Room

Room Capacity:	90 auditorium style; 50-60 with tables & chairs
Amenities:	Bathroom facilities, non cooking kitchen with microwave/convection and small ice machine
Cost per Hour:	$40.00*

Annex or Moore Room

Room Capacity:	44 auditorium style; 25 with tables & chairs
Amenities:	Bathroom facilities
Cost per Hour:	$20.00*

* Additional Fees for All Facility Rentals:

Liability Insurance (non-refundable): $60.00 to $205.00 determine by type of event
Damage Deposit (refundable): $200.00
6% Sales tax

*** Round and banquet tables and chairs are included in the rental cost.
*** Renters are responsible for setting up and breaking down the room.
