For your safety and convenience while visiting Sun Splash:

• Inner tubes and lounge chairs are available at no additional charge; however, supplies are limited.
• Please obey safety rules at all times. No running, diving or horseplay is permitted in the park.
• Children 12 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum height requirement for some water rides is 48" tall.
• Sorry, only U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices are permitted in the park.
• Award-winning lifeguards are on duty at all times.
• Sorry, any coolers or outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.
• Lockers are available inside the park for a nominal fee.
• Changing rooms and showers are available at no additional charge.
• Hand stamps for re-entry are available at the front gate.

RAIN CHECK POLICY

Rain checks will only be issued if the pools have not re-opened 60 minutes after the manager on duty has made the PA announcement to clear the pools.

After 30 minutes, guests can receive a $2.00 discount coupon for their next visit when they present their tickets stubs for all members in their party.

After 60 minutes, guests can receive a rain check for their next visit, when they present their ticket stubs for all members of their party.  After 2pm daily admission will receive an after 2pm rain check.

After 90 minutes, guests can receive a rain check and the facility will close for the reminder of the day, when they present their ticket stubs for all members of their party.

Only guests that are physically in the park at the time of closing will be eligible to receive rain checks.

Any guest visiting the park for 4 hours or more is not eligible for a rain check.

Guests are eligible for a refund should the park close within 30 minutes of ticket purchase.

A rain check will expire at the end of the season, September 28, 2008 and is good anytime prior to that date.
