LOOKING FOR A COOL SUMMER JOB?
Sun Splash has posted all positions for its 2012 season and the park is still looking to fill a few openings for lifeguards, cashiers and guest service representatives. Successful applicants will be friendly, hardworking, dependable, and at least 16 years old.
Those applying for lifeguard positions must pass a swim test and upon hire, will undergo an extensive training program to become certified in CPR, Basic First Aid, etc. through the American Health & Safety Institute and Starfish Aquatics.
Many of Sun Splash’s seasonal employees are young people who are new to the workforce and we are pleased to provide them a solid foundation and valuable life skills they can take with them to be successful in their future careers, while ensuring the waterpark’s high standards of safety are maintained.

SPEED SLIDES CONTINUE TO PROVIDE AQUATIC THRILL
For adventurous guests (who are 48 inches and taller), Sun Splash's speed slides provide three exciting ways to plunge nearly six stories down! How will YOU slide? YOU decide!
- Free fall up to 40 feet per second straight down on the X-celerator, the park's fastest and most extreme slide;
- Face your fears on the Terror Tube, an enclosed flume with gradual descent into a sudden, heart pounding drop;
- Dare to catch air on the Thunder Bump, an open chute with 264 feet of steep, speed bumps!
