The Center, which has an emphasis on facilitating activities for Seniors (age 50+), has been serving the community for over 17 years, with a staff that is committed to encouraging personal growth by offering a variety of life enhancing programs that foster new friendships and help individuals maintain independent and healthy lifestyles.

In addition to offering an abundance of activities, Lake Kennedy Center is home to the administrative office of the Cape Coral Mini-Bus Service, which provides transport services for transportation disadvantaged Cape Coral residents, as well as home to weekday Congregate Dining provided by the Senior Friendship Centers.
