The greatest asset that the café possesses is the Special Populations employees. Thirty-six City of Cape Coral employees, who are adults with developmental disabilities, rotate job sites throughout the week. Pops Café is one of the many job and training opportunities that the City of Cape Coral affords the participants enrolled at Special Populations. They are enthusiastic and eager to learn and perform the many tasks associated with operating Pop Café. All of them are proud of their accomplishments and would like to welcome you. They are the main ingredient in the success of Pops Café!
