Tour De Cape

Description: The 18th Annual Tour De Cape will be held during the cooler weather on Saturday and Sunday, January 10 & 11, 2009. 
On Saturday, January 10th the 5K Run/Walk will take place in the beautiful Tarpon Point area of Cape Coral.  
Sunday's bike tour offers a 15, 30, 60, and 100 mile course in the west and north sections of Cape Coral.   This event features one of the largest bike rides of its kind in the state of Florida.  Cape Coral is the second largest city in the state in land area, so there is very little backtracking.  Amenities of the event include:  Continental breakfast, rest stations every 15 miles with refreshments, support vehicles and a well mapped and marked route.

Packet Pick-up
On Friday, January 9th between 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm, Pre-Registration attendees can pick up their goodie bags, and maps at the event headquarters at Rotary Park.  During this time you can ask questions regarding the ride or run, meet other riders and runners or pre-register for the event.
