The Cape Coral Athletic Division offers basketball, flag football, and softball programs for various ages and skill levels. Flag Football
- Men - 18 yrs and over
- Games on Sunday mornings at Jim Jeffers Park starting at 8:00am
- Three different divisions - beginner, intermediate and advanced
- There are Two seasons per year
- Maximum of 18 teams per season
- League rules based on Florida Sports Foundation flag football rules
- League supplies referees and field space
- Fee: $550 per team

Rules & Regulations
- There are three divisions - beginner, intermediate and advanced
- League play is based on City and A.S.A. rules
- There are three seasons per year with a maximum of 32 teams per season
- Teams play 10 regular season games with the top 4 teams in each division going to the play-offs.
- Games are played at the Northwest Softball Complex and Cape Coral Sports Complex
- Fee: $ 500 per team
- Men 18+ Years & Over
- Games are played on Monday's evenings at 6:30 & 7:45 pm

- League is played on Tuesday nights with 7:00pm and 8:15pm game times
- There are three divisions - beginner, intermediate and advanced
- League play is based on City and A.S.A. rules
- There are three season per year with a maximum of 20 teams per season
- Teams play 10 regular season games with the top 4 teams in each division going to the play-offs.
- Games are played at the Northwest Softball Complex and Cape Coral Sport Complex
