The mission of the ITS Department is to deliver innovative solutions that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of City government and to provide value-added technology services for its residents and businesses.
ITS supports the major business applications used within the City including Public Administration (Community Services, Financials, Utilities), Public Safety (Police & Fire), and the GIS (Geographic Information System.) Additionally, ITS provides support for all the computers used within the City and the associated Network & Telecommunications infrastructure.
