ITS Strategic Planning

As part of the annual planning cycle, the ITS Department prepares annual updates to the IT strategic planning documents.

The Information Technology Plan document is our main strategic planning document covering IT governance, strategic initiatives, key projects, and IT architecture and standards.

Due to the prominence of enterprise GIS within the city, we prepare a separate GIS Strategic Plan which is also updated annually.

The Key Projects section contains links to Key Project Summary documents for each year.
