The Customer Billing Services Division is responsible for Customer Service, Billing, Assessments, and New Construction/Expansion.
Please note: Effective January 15, 2009, the due date for Utility Bills will change from 30 days to 20 days.
Southwest 6/7 Utility Extension Customers:
Please be advised that the final resolution for the Southwest 6/7 Utility Extension Project was not approved by Council. As such, if you are a customer in the Southwest 6/7 Utility Area and recently received an assessment package, please do not send any assessment payments at this time. If this matter is revisited in the future, you will receive a separate mailing at that time. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Billing Services at 239-242-3851.
