On October 29, 2007, the Cape Coral City Council adopted the most recent Evaluation and Appraisal Report-based amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan text and maps via Ordinance 38-07, which is the version placed online.
The following language and maps were found in compliance by the Department of Community Affairs on December 27, 2007, and became effective on January 17, 2008.
A paper copy of the Comprehensive Plan may be obtained at the City Clerk’s office.
