Pool and Spa Builders-
Starting with permits issued May 12th
All Pool, Spa and Fountain Permits must submit a sub contractor verification form
from a Certified Pool Contractor and/or a Plumbing Contractor.
All pools will include a plumbing rough inspection.

ALL re-inspection fees must be paid Prior to scheduling the subsequent inspection.
Fees can now be paid online through Click-to-Gov and will be posted immediately!
You can still send a check through the mail or pay at the cashiers counter located in City Hall.

|

The Division is responsible for safeguarding public health, safety and welfare in the building environment of the adopted codes by the City and Florida Statutes as they apply to the construction of buildings and related structures. 
In addition, the Division is responsible for ensuring that all contractor and vendors doing business within the City are properly licensed under applicable regulations set forth in the City Code of Ordinances and Florida Statutes.

Open 7:30 am to 4:30 pm daily.
Closed from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm for lunch.
Last sign in for the day is 3:45 pm.
*On Thursdays only: open 8:00 am due to staff meeting.
