The Records Division provides a variety of City related records, responding to an average of 500 Public Records Requests monthly.

Our Receptionist and Customer Service Representatives answer and direct approximately 7,500 calls from citizens on a monthly basis.

The mail department handles an average of 28,000 pieces of incoming and outgoing mail for the entire City Government monthly
Communications
The Communications Division professionally greets and assists the public and accurately answers and directs telephone calls received by the City Hall switchboard. This division also provides a full service mail operation and courier service to all City operations as well as packets to City Council.

Administration
