The Citizen’s Action Center is responsive to the needs of its citizens and employees, and exemplary in its operations, management and professionalism.
The purpose of the Action Center is to provide a one-stop call center to report issues or submit inquiries relating to the City. Our Customer Service Representatives receive incoming calls and determine the needs of the resident or employee. The representative then enters a ticket into a tracking system called Civicall that automatically sends the ticket to the correct department for action. The Customer Service Representatives monitor Civicall closely to provide the citizen or employee the status of, or response to, their requests and finally close tickets once they have been completed.
The goal of the Citizen's Action Center is to ensure citizens and employees that they will receive requested information from a “live” person in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
