The Cape Coral satellite office of the Career and Service Centers of Southwest Florida provides a one-stop location for employment, education and training services from different programs and providers. Conveniently located 1020 Cultural Park Boulevard, Unit 2, directly across from Cape Coral City Hall, both job seekers and employers seeking workers have benefited from these services readily available close to home.
Among the services offered are job search assistance, self-service resources, referral and placement services, employment counseling, career and skills assessment, information regarding local, state and national labor markets, child care resource and referral, eligibility determination for Medicaid, food stamps and cash assistance.
The Career and Service Centers are funded through Florida's Agency for Workforce Innovation, which is responsible for implementing policy dealing with workforce development programs, welfare transition, unemployment compensation, information services and labor market information.
